Peaceful & Engaging Retreat on the River

  Our Yoga and Wellness trip offers you a chance to stretch your body and your mind in a beautiful environment.  You'll be led in daily riverside yoga practice by experienced and passionate instructors.  Enjoy the day on the river in a raft captained by a guide or try out a duckie (an inflatable kayak) or SUP (stand up paddle board).  Explore side canyons and visit ancient ruins.  Join in a guided meditation.  Relax around the campfire in the evening and enjoy the company of new friends. 

 

  The menu for the trip is focused on healthy, nourishing and filling meals to fuel your journey.  We can accommodate most dietary preferences with prior notice.   

 

    Experienced river travelers will tell you that you'll quickly adapt to the routine of life on the river.  Wake with the sun and go to sleep under the stars, after a full day of fun on the water, contemplation and exploring the wilderness. 

     We take care of the planning, cooking and logistics so that you can simply enjoy!
