Booking and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of $600 per person is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Final payment is due 91 days prior to launch.

We want you to enjoy the best trip ever, so we begin planning and preparing our trips far in advance of launch day. We incur costs may have to turn others away as trips are filled, it is not always possible to fill spots after a cancelation. As such our cancellation policy applies in all instances, regardless of why you have need to cancel your trip. We strongly suggest travel insurance to protect you against unexpected expenses.
​Please note that Apakoa Rivers is not responsible for any fees related to travel issues (cancellation, delays, change fees, etc.) associated with pre or post trip lodging, flights, rentals, or other expenses.

In the unlikely event that a trip is cancelled by Apakoa Rivers due to conditions or insufficient number of guests booked – we will either give you a refund or find a way to find you a space on another trip in the same season or next.
Should you need to cancel your trip please contact us. If it is 91 or more days prior to launch we will either refund all funds less a $100 processing charge per person.
Trips canceled 90 days or less prior to launch are non-refundable.
We encourage travel insurance to protect your travel. We recomend Arch RoamRight, an Arch Insurance Company.
